Programs
Itty Bitty (Starting at 6 weeks)

Our infant program provides a warm, nurturing environment designed to support the earliest stages of growth and development. Caregivers focus on building strong, trusting relationships with each child through responsive care, ensuring that infants feel safe, secure, and loved. The program emphasizes sensory exploration, early communication, and motor skill development with age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity and learning. Daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping are approached as opportunities for connection and learning, helping babies develop a sense of predictability and comfort. Families are kept closely involved through consistent communication via brightwheel, creating a strong partnership between home and school to support each infant’s individual needs and milestones.

Toddler 1 (1 year old by September 30th)

Our Toddler 1 program is thoughtfully designed to support children as they begin exploring the world with greater independence and curiosity. At this stage, toddlers are developing language, social skills, and motor abilities, so the program provides a balance of structured activities and free play to encourage growth in all areas. Teachers guide children through songs, stories, sensory play, and hands-on activities that build early problem-solving and communication skills. Daily routines such as mealtime, circle time, and outdoor play help foster consistency and self-help skills, while also giving toddlers opportunities to practice sharing, cooperation, and following directions. The classroom environment is safe, stimulating, and welcoming, allowing toddlers to confidently explore while receiving gentle guidance and encouragement from caring teachers.

Toddler 2 (2 years old by September 30th)

Our Toddler 2 program is designed for older toddlers who are gaining confidence in their independence and expanding their social and cognitive skills. At this stage, children are eager to explore, communicate, and engage in cooperative play, so the program provides activities that encourage problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork. Teachers introduce early learning concepts through stories, songs, art, and simple group projects, while also supporting language development and self-expression. The daily schedule balances active play, quiet time, and routines that promote self-regulation and independence, such as handwashing, cleaning up, and making simple choices. With a focus on building friendships and developing empathy, the Toddler 2 program helps children grow into confident learners who are ready to transition into the preschool classroom.

Preschool (3 years old by September 30th)

Our Preschool program for 3-year-olds offers a playful, structured introduction to early academics while nurturing creativity and social skills. The curriculum incorporates Handwriting Without Tears to introduce letter and number formation in a developmentally appropriate way, using hands-on materials that make writing fun and accessible. Children practice early math skills through counting activities, games, and manipulatives, building a strong foundation for future learning. Language development is enriched through daily nursery rhymes, stories, and songs, which support vocabulary growth, rhythm, and memory. Seasonal and cultural celebrations, such as preparing and performing a Thanksgiving play, give children the chance to practice cooperation, build confidence, and share their learning with families. The classroom environment encourages exploration, independence, and friendship, helping preschoolers thrive as curious and capable learners.

Pre-K (4 years old by September 30th)

Our Pre-K program for 4-year-olds is designed to prepare children for kindergarten by strengthening early academics, independence, and social-emotional skills. The curriculum features Handwriting Without Tears to build fine motor strength and confidence in letter and number formation. Children develop early math skills through games, manipulatives, and problem-solving activities that make abstract concepts concrete. Phonemic awareness is a core focus, with activities like rhyming, syllable clapping, and beginning sound recognition to build the foundation for reading. Science learning is hands-on, using experiments and observations to spark curiosity and critical thinking. A World Travel theme introduces children to cultures, traditions, and geography from around the globe, encouraging respect for diversity. Students also participate in special events such as a Memorial Day presentation, which nurtures public speaking skills and teamwork. With a balance of academics, creativity, and exploration, our Pre-K program equips children with the skills and confidence needed for a smooth transition into kindergarten.
